The Kromer 8241-07 is an INOX PRO rust-free zero-gravity tool balancer for tools weighing 198-220 lb - for example the heaviest tooling the 8241 frame carries - and works equally with any other tool or fixture in that weight range. Constant retraction force means the tool floats weightless and stays exactly where the operator leaves it across the full 6.6 ft of cable travel, rather than being pulled back to a start position.

Built for washdown areas - meat and poultry processing, dairy, beverage and other food-industry lines that are hosed down at shift change - where a standard painted or plated unit corrodes and fails.

At 198-220 lb this is the top of the 8241 frame - Kromer builds nothing heavier at 6.6 ft of cable travel. Above this you move to the 8251, which continues to 441 lb but needs 9.8 ft of headroom. Ordered as 7241-07 before Kromer renumbered the series.
