The Kromer 7200-02 is a tool retractor for tools weighing 2.6-5.5 lb - for example air screwdrivers or small drills - and works equally with any other tool in that weight range. A retractor is not a zero-gravity balancer: retraction force increases as the cable is pulled out, so the tool comes to hand easily and then returns to its initial position when released - keeping it off the bench and out of the way between operations.

The 7200 is the lightest-duty frame Kromer builds. It uses a light-duty spring hook, has no locking mechanism, and no ratchet-lock version.
