The Kromer 7211-31 is an INOX PRO rust-free tool retractor for tools weighing 1.1-4.4 lb - for example light air screwdrivers or small inline drivers - and works equally with any other tool in that weight range. A retractor is not a zero-gravity balancer: retraction force increases as the cable is pulled out, so the tool comes to hand easily and then returns to its initial position when released, keeping it off the work surface and clear of the cutting area.

Built for washdown areas - meat and poultry processing, dairy, beverage and other food-industry lines that are hosed down at shift change - where a standard painted or plated unit corrodes and fails.
