Description

The ENDO ELF-9 is a long-stroke spring balancer for hand tools in the 11–20 lb range — nutrunners, drills, grinders — where a standard 4.3 ft stroke is not enough reach. The 8.2 ft cable travel covers full work envelopes on assembly stations and line-side work.

The ELF series combines the EWF mechanism with a long cable, a manual drum lock for easy tool change-out, and a fully enclosed casing that eliminates pinch points.

Specifications

  • Capacity: 11– 20 lb (5.0–9.0 kg)
  • Factory-set load: 15.4 lb (7.0 kg)
  • Cable travel: 8.2 ft (2.5 m)
  • Wire rope: carbon steel, 0.12 in (3.0 mm)
  • Unit weight: approx. 11.9 lb (5.4 kg)
  • Fall-arrest device standard — if the spring ruptures, a safety pin stops the tool from falling anywhere in the stroke

Lighter tool? See the ELF-5 (6.6–11 lb). Heavier? Continue with the ELF-15 (20–33 lb) and up.
