The Kromer 8223-02 (legacy number 7223-02, also listed as 7223-50 on some US price lists) is an air hose tool balancer for pneumatic tools weighing 2.7-4.9 lb - for example air screwdrivers or small inline drivers - and works equally with any other air tool in that weight range. Constant retraction force means the tool floats weightless and stays exactly where the operator leaves it, rather than being pulled back to a start position, and the air line travels with it.

The 8223 has the air hose built in rather than clipped alongside, so there is one line to the tool instead of two. A rotating CEJN quick coupling feeds the R 1/4" tool connection, and the hose retracts into the unit when the tool is released.
