One operator can make up to 230 block pallets per 8h shift. Nailguns are suspended from the overhead track on spring balancers. Jig is at an angle. A pneumatic clamp holds the pallet in place and a pneumatic lift pushes the pallet toward the operator. The design and functionality of Pneumatico PT-1900 make the job much easier on the operator limiting fatigue and risk of injury.
