Shipping policy
Most in-stock balancers are shipped within 1 working day of the order. If an order comes in the morning (eastern) it may ship the same day.
For large orders or balancers not in stock, shipping may take from a week to several weeks.
Expedited shipping is available for most balancers for an extra charge.
Any additional charges such as residential charges, lift gate charges, or special handling by the carrier, must be paid by the customer.
It is the customers' responsibility to have proper unloading capabilities to handle industrial equipment which may require forklifts, pallet jacks, loading docks, etc.
Title and risk of loss will pass to the customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier. If the product is damaged during shipping it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the carrier.
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect and note damage to the product by providing the driver with signed documentation noting the damage prior to accepting any shipment.
