Pneumatico pallet nailing machine was designed to accommodate many pallet types and sizes, allowing for fast changeovers. One operator can make up to 230 block pallets per 8h shift. Nailguns are suspended from the overhead track on spring balancers. Jig is at an angle. A pneumatic clamp holds the pallet in place and a pneumatic lift pushes the pallet toward the operator. The design and functionality of Pneumatico PT-1900 make the job much easier on the operator limiting fatigue and risk of injury.
